The Blue Punch™ Basic Service includes a complete dis-assembly of your key machine for a thorough cleaning and proper lubrication. Our highly skilled technicians add finishing hardware, sharpen punch and die, replace normal wear and tear part, and readjust the machine to factory specifications.
Prices include the cost of labor; any parts which require replacement will be an additional cost.
Prior to returning your machine, call PRO-LOK at 714-633-0681 for BPR # (Blue Punch Repair #)
Be prepared to provide the style of machine, serial # of your machine, and the type of service you are requesting. Be sure the send your code bar with your machine. The machine cannot be adjusted without it.
There is a 90 Day Warranty on all associated Parts and Labor.
Your Pro-Lok® Blue Punch Manufacturer’s Warranty
Pro-Lok® hereby warranties that for a period of 90 days from the date of repair Pro-Lok® will repair or replace (at Pro-Lok®’s discretion) any part of the enclosed key machine which proves defective in the original materials or workmanship, without charge, subject to the following conditions:
Registration: The warranty registration must be filled out and submitted to Pro-Lok® within 30 days of the repair via Pro-Lok.com/Product-Registration
Unauthorized Repair: This key machine must not have been previously altered, repaired or services by anyone other than Pro-Lok®. For authorized factory service, contact Pro-Lok® at any time.
Wear & Tear: Excessive wear and tear or misuse of any part of this key machine will invalidate this warranty
