The SC Blue Punch™ Top Jaw and Handle Assembly includes a heavy duty top jaw, a new improved adjustable ratchet lever handle design, and installation hardware. Advantages of the upgrade include a new top jaw that is 3 times heavier than the old style. This provides better and easier key clamping allowing you to clamp keys tighter.
