Orange, California (September 23, 2011) – PRO-LOK is pleased to announce the purchase of the entire manufacturing facility that was once MAG Manufacturing.  The asset only acquisition will add approximately 30 manufacturing machines to the PRO-LOK campus.  The acquisition will give PRO-LOK’s^® ENTRY ARMOR^® security hardware brand all of the tooling required to make the domestically produced MAG Manufacturing product line.

            Pro-Lok’s^® ENTRY ARMOR^® brand of products consists of more than 250 SKUs in the following categories: wrap plates, latch protectors, strike plates, adaptor plates, hole covers, door knobs, filler plates, door locks, door viewers, patio locks, and window locks.
