I lost my key or I don't remember how to open my lock.

Dear Customer:

We appreciate your purchase of our gun lock. Out of security concerns, potential liability, your interest and in the interest of firearm security, we have chosen not to divulge the "special trick" on how to open our lock via our website or by telephone. (for our GL600 and GL650 Locks).

As a firearm owner, we are sure that you can appreciate that there is no way for us to identify if the inquirer is authorized to know how to operate the lock or not. You certainly would not want unauthorized users calling us and having us providing them with the special instructions.

Although it may be inconvenient to you, in the interest of YOUR security, we request that you return to the retailer that you purchased the lock from for the instructions. Most firearm retailers, including Wal-Mart, Big-5 and Turner's Outdoorsmen carry our products and should be able to instruct you properly.

WARNING:  Using a gun lock or attempting to install a gun lock on a loaded firearm may result in the firearm discharging which may cause serious injury or death. Completely unload the firearm per the firearm manufacturers instructions prior to installing any gun lock.
